Senior Full Stack Engineer – Platform Modernization, Multi-Tenant SaaS Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and develop a scalable multi-tenant SaaS platform that accommodates various business units and distinct workflows.

• Upgrade current cloud-based applications to enhance scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.

• Construct frontend applications utilizing React and TypeScript.

• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python.

• Design and deploy microservices operating on AWS Lambda and AWS Fargate.

• Create reusable platform services that can be utilized across different tenant environments.

• Execute caching and performance optimization strategies employing Redis.

• Develop deployment capabilities for tenant-specific and global features.

• Work alongside product and engineering teams to establish platform architecture and technical solutions.

• Engage in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.

• Assist with platform observability, monitoring, production support, and initiatives for operational excellence.

• Guide junior and mid-level engineers while advocating for engineering best practices.

• Contribute to efforts in cloud infrastructure and platform modernization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering.

• Extensive experience in building and maintaining multi-tenant SaaS platforms.

• Proficient frontend development skills with React and TypeScript.

• Strong backend development expertise with Node.js and Python.

• Practical experience in designing and implementing microservices architectures.

• Solid AWS cloud experience, including Lambda, Fargate, and cloud-native services.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker.

• Experience in implementing Redis caching and performance optimization strategies.

• Background in enhancing application scalability, reliability, availability, and security.

• Experience in designing and supporting distributed systems.

• Comfortable working in Agile development environments.

• Proven experience in providing technical leadership and mentoring engineers.
