Senior Full Stack Engineer – Backend Leaning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with our CEO, CTO, and a select group of engineers to develop full-stack features and enhancements for the product.

• Engage across the complete technology stack utilizing advanced frameworks and tools while taking full ownership of execution.

• Assume comprehensive responsibility for your projects and spearhead significant elements of our product roadmap.

• Optimize the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Oversee the maintenance of our AWS infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in software development.

• Proven professional experience with Python (minimum of 5 years required).

• Demonstrated professional experience with Django (at least 3 years required).

• Professional experience with JavaScript, with a preference for React/Redux knowledge.

• Strong foundational understanding and practical application of a Relational Database Management System (RDBMS), preferably Postgres.

• Extensive knowledge and practical experience with AWS; familiarity with Terraform is preferred.

• Comfortable working across the full stack.

• Solid engineering principles and a commitment to producing high-quality code.

• Possess product intuition, user empathy, and the ability to make informed UX decisions.

• Strong work ethic and a mentality of end-to-end ownership.
