This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications for a healthcare insurance platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features that address the complex needs of the healthcare industry.

• Ensure application security and compliance with HIPAA and other regulations while focusing on performance and scalability.

• Implement serverless architectures on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) to enhance backend functionality.

• Utilize modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) to develop responsive user interfaces.

• Integrate and customize rules engines to facilitate automated decision-making and improve efficiency.

• Employ microservices architecture to boost application scalability, resilience, and deployment efficiency.

• Use GraphQL for efficient and flexible data retrieval, enhancing the application's data interaction layer.

• Mentor junior developers, promoting a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.

• Remain informed on technology trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in healthcare to ensure our solutions are leading-edge.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 8 years in full-stack software development, with a robust portfolio in both frontend (JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue) and backend (C#, .NET, JAVA) technologies.

• Expertise in implementing solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure), including serverless architectures.

• Strong grasp of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.

• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into a clearly defined technical roadmap.

• Demonstrated experience with microservices architecture, including the design, deployment, and management of independently scalable service components.

• Experience with GraphQL for API development and efficient data retrieval.

• Strong background in SQL or NoSQL, database design, and complex data architectures.

• Proficient in AWS OpenSearch for developing scalable search and analytics solutions, including indexing, querying, and optimizing search performance in distributed systems.

• Skilled in AI-first development practices, utilizing Claude Cursor or Codex for intelligent code generation, accelerated development workflows, and enhanced productivity.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a thorough understanding of DevOps practices.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, adaptability, and leadership abilities.

• Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly with claims processing, is a plus.

• Solid understanding of HIPAA and healthcare regulatory standards is an advantage.

• Experience in iOS and Android app development, particularly in building cross-platform mobile applications with native performance and seamless user experiences.
