Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and analyze existing CI/CD pipelines to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and manual processes.

• Create and deploy state-of-the-art CI/CD pipelines featuring automated testing, security assessments, and streamlined deployments.

• Transition infrastructure and build processes to Infrastructure as Code utilizing AWS CloudFormation.

• Establish and standardize optimal paths for build and deployment workflows across various environments.

• Enhance pipeline observability through comprehensive logging, monitoring, and alert notifications.

• Work collaboratively with engineering teams to boost build reliability and deployment confidence.

• Take ownership of CI/CD enhancements from initial design through to production implementation.

• Contribute to the advancement of DevOps practices, tools, and engineering efficiency.

• Engage with a globally distributed engineering team focused on modernization, automation, and enhancing developer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.

• Expertise in Python and Bash scripting along with automation skills.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation (mandatory).

• Demonstrated experience in modernizing or migrating legacy CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong practical knowledge of GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.

• Extensive experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Deep understanding of CI/CD principles, build optimization, and deployment methodologies.

• Experience working with legacy systems, including custom scripts, XML configurations, and manual procedures.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capability to work autonomously.

• Clear and confident communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with implementing security scanning and compliance checks in CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

• Strong coding skills in C# are a plus.

• Knowledge of secrets management and state handling in DevOps settings is a plus.

• Experience with cloud environments, particularly AWS, is a plus.

• Experience in high-availability or production-critical settings is a plus.

• Previous experience defining DevOps standards or platform best practices is a plus.
