Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and enhance consumer-oriented web applications for TrueShort and GoodWatch — encompassing streaming, discovery, subscriptions, and the overall user experience.

• Develop and manage the Content Management System (CMS) that oversees content distribution across our applications.

• Leverage AI to improve internal tools that enhance our productivity and efficiency.

• Engage with backend systems — including streaming infrastructure, APIs, and content delivery — to gain insights into the entire pipeline.

• Influence product development — our engineers at TrueShort are more than just implementers; your input will shape what we create and how we do it.

• Collaborate with skilled engineers and executors to help build the next Netflix.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient frontend skills in React / Next.js — speed and strong opinions are essential.

• Experience with React Native / Android is valuable but not mandatory.

• Solid backend engineering background. Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud-native infrastructures is an advantage.

• Proven experience in creating internal tools and dashboards — you enjoy empowering other teams to be more productive.

• Comfortable working across the technology stack as necessary — backend, infrastructure, and data pipelines.

• A keen eye for user experience — you are passionate about the actual user journey, not just the functionality of the code.

• Self-motivated, quick to adapt, and at ease with the uncertainty that comes with a startup setting.

• A genuine interest in AI, both as a product area and as a development instrument.
