Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop both frontend and backend services utilizing React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Create robust and scalable APIs using tRPC to deliver data to the frontend application.

• Construct efficient pages using server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation (SSG) with Next.js.

• Collaborate with designers to create responsive and visually captivating user interfaces using Tailwind CSS.

• Optimize the full stack to guarantee quick load times, low-latency data fetching, and seamless user experiences.

• Deploy and manage the platform utilizing Vercel.

• Take ownership of features from end-to-end — covering API and data layer through UI to production.

• Engage in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Implement unit and end-to-end testing for both frontend and backend components.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Over 5 years of senior-level experience in full stack development, with a strong emphasis on web applications and data-driven platforms.

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, including advanced typing and interface design for scalable codebases.

• In-depth understanding of React and its ecosystem, including hooks, functional components, and React Server Components (RSC). Proficient in Tailwind CSS for creating responsive, accessible, and visually appealing UIs.

• Experience in developing data visualization tools and dashboards using React-based libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js).

• Familiarity with SSR and SSG using Next.js, with a focus on performance and SEO optimization.

• Proficient in backend development (e.g., Bun, Node.js) with tRPC as an API framework.

• Experience in designing and developing APIs, managing authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

• Expertise in building scalable and reliable data-fetching layers, particularly for real-time or large-scale analytics.

• Experience in designing and evolving scalable web application architectures — including APIs, data flow, and frontend/backend boundaries.

• Understanding of serverless architectures, edge computing, and CDN usage for improved performance and reliability.

• Solid experience with Vercel or other serverless platforms for deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and performance monitoring.

• Familiarity with unit and end-to-end testing frameworks such as Vitest, Cypress/Playwright, or similar.

• Proficient in Git, including experience with pull requests, code reviews, and branching strategies.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
