Senior Full-stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Sustain, enhance, and advance features across both the frontend (React / Next.js) and backend (Node / TypeScript)

• Refactor and expand APIs while optimizing the underlying data models to accommodate growth

• Evaluate code and monitor production telemetry to ensure continuous quality and consistency

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver refinements from start to finish

• Diagnose and resolve production issues to uphold high availability

• Contribute to the evolution of team standards, tools, and maintenance practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in maintaining and scaling high-traffic, full-stack web applications

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript for enhancing React/Next.js frontends and Node backends

• Demonstrated experience in API optimization and performance tuning for databases

• Practical experience ensuring stability and scalability on AWS

• Methodical testing practices and a commitment to highly maintainable, readable code

• Excellent English communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile consulting environment

• Experience working across the entire stack and navigating existing codebases

• Familiarity with AI-focused products or LLM integrations (additional credit)

• In-depth expertise in PostgreSQL optimization and management (additional credit)

• Experience with established design systems (additional credit)

• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices (additional credit)

• Contributions to open-source projects or maintenance work (additional credit)
