Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain robust and scalable web services for the primary B2B SaaS application.

• Produce clean, high-quality, and thoroughly tested code, primarily utilizing Go.

• Architect and manage intricate database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL.

• Investigate, prototype, and implement AI-driven tools to expedite the software development lifecycle.

• Enhance intelligent code completion, automated reviews, and optimizations within the CI/CD pipeline.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to convert complex user requirements into user-focused solutions.

• Mentor fellow engineers, advocate for best practices, and contribute to technical excellence and ongoing improvement.

• Research and implement background screening technology with an emphasis on user experience.

• Profound expertise in the entire b2b SaaS stack.

• Front-end proficiency in basic HTML/CSS/JS.

• Back-end expertise in Go preferred; Ruby/Python/PHP are acceptable alternatives.

• Database proficiency in PostgreSQL.

• Product-centric mindset with the capability to consider the user's perspective.

• Strong attention to user experience and design.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to architect solutions for complex, distributed systems.
