Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Engage in innovative product development addressing real-world system challenges, with significant ownership across various ongoing workstreams.

• Manage real-time market data ingestion. The data is often fragmented, duplicated, and has a short lifespan. Transforming it into actionable insights for agents and maintaining its freshness is a critical task.

• Ensure durable agent execution. Negotiations encompass multiple steps and external systems, requiring resilience against retries, deployments, and partial failures without compromising state or leading to negative outcomes.

• Design protocols. The future system involves more than just prompts — it includes schemas, identity, trust, and negotiation rules among agents.

• Focus on evaluation and observability. When financial decisions are made by the system, it’s essential to have tight feedback loops and clear visibility into behavior.

• Take end-to-end ownership. Oversee everything from data ingestion to UI design, influencing both system architecture and product strategy for your designated areas.

• The team possesses extensive experience in the freight sector, having built and exited companies within this domain. While the broker segment of freight AI is saturated, the carrier side — where operational challenges genuinely reside — remains largely untapped.

• This role offers the opportunity to work on a system that directly impacts real-world operations rather than just internal tools or incremental feature enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior full-stack engineer with a proven track record of delivering TypeScript systems from inception to completion.

• Experience in developing complex systems utilizing large language models (LLMs), including tools, retrieval, multi-step agents, and evaluation.

• Comfortable managing an agreed-upon problem or project from definition through to delivery.

• Located in or near Prague, ready for regular in-person collaboration sessions with the team, scheduled by mutual consent, while also managing your own working hours and setup outside these meetings.
