Senior Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a substantial area within our product — encompassing the application our customers engage with daily, as well as the services that drive AI workflows within their quality systems.

• Make architectural decisions, help establish standards for the team, and deliver solutions that significantly influence how the next generation of medical devices reaches patients.

• Lead the comprehensive delivery of impactful product segments.

• Design schemas, APIs, and frontend data flows that can withstand real customer demands and regulatory evaluations.

• Collaborate closely with the founders and customers; convert vague challenges into tangible software solutions.

• Provide mentorship to fellow engineers through code reviews, collaborative programming, and design discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in developing production web applications, with substantial expertise on both ends of the technology stack.

• Proficiency in state-of-the-art AI tools.

• Strong skills in React + TypeScript and Python.

• Experience in designing relational schemas, background jobs, and multi-tenant architectures.

• Proven history of delivering high-quality outcomes, with a preference for experience in end-to-end QA Automation.

• A demonstrated ability to manage systems from design through to production operation.

• Preferred experience in DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure (designing, building, and maintaining production systems on AWS or GCP).

• An inclination towards delivering results.
