Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design and develop RPA agent pipelines that are integrated into the main SaaS platform.

• Create responsive and data-rich frontend interfaces that deliver automation insights to end users.

• Develop semantic context layers that empower RPA agents to make informed decisions.

• Work alongside AI/ML engineers to incorporate language models and decision engines into automation workflows.

• Contribute to the data platform layer through processes like ingestion, transformation, and API/UI exposure.

• Engage in design reviews, code evaluations, and technical roadmap development.

• Mentor mid-level engineers and assist in establishing engineering best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive full stack development experience, particularly with Node.js or Python on the backend and React or Vue on the frontend.

• Demonstrated experience in building or integrating RPA solutions, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or custom agent frameworks.

• Understanding of LLM integration patterns, including RAG, tool-calling, and prompt engineering.

• Familiarity with semantic or knowledge graph layers, ontology-based systems, or structured context stores.

• Solid understanding of RESTful and event-driven API design.

• Experience with cloud-native infrastructures like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Prior experience working remotely.

• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.

• English proficiency is necessary as specified in the application form.

• Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST is required as per the application form.

• Preferred experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.

• Preferred background in agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.

• Preferred familiarity with data pipeline tools, including dbt, Airflow, or Spark.

• Preferred experience within a B2B SaaS product environment.
