Senior Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable product systems for both frontend and backend.

• Spearhead technical initiatives and facilitate system design discussions.

• Enhance reliability, scalability, and engineering efficiency.

• Guide and mentor engineers while contributing to engineering best practices.

• Collaborate effectively with product teams, design, and leadership.

• Oversee the execution process from initial concept to production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of full-stack engineering experience.

• Proficient in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and backend architecture.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and production environments.

• In-depth knowledge of databases, APIs, observability, and performance metrics.

• Proven experience in leading technical projects and mentoring engineering teams.
