Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Contribute to creating exceptional experiences for our members and hosts through new features, core membership products, and our mobile applications.

• Approach challenges and solutions with a long-term perspective while balancing practical trade-offs to enable swift progress for the company.

• Work collaboratively with product, marketing, customer service, and finance teams to prioritize and refine initiatives as they develop.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, with recent practical experience in modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js).

• Experience in building and deploying React Native and Expo applications.

• Familiarity with automated app testing tools (e.g., Maestro) is advantageous.

• Leverage AI to enhance productivity and intelligence, from AI-supported coding to prototyping and integrating AI-driven features into the product.

• Take ownership of features from conception to production: defining requirements, determining build strategies, and overseeing deployment.

• Play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by identifying insights, opportunities, and requirements for new features.

• Willingness to explore new areas, experiment with emerging technologies, or develop a proof of concept for innovative ideas.
