Senior Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for features from inception to completion, encompassing the data model, API, and user interface.

• Design and evaluate the database aspects of features, which include schema modifications, migrations, queries, and access control.

• Develop backend services using TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.

• Create frontend features utilizing React, Vite, MUI/Emotion, Redux, and React Query.

• Establish the technical direction and document design rationale.

• Conduct code reviews for peers.

• Provide support to mid-level engineers within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in developing production web applications in TypeScript, with expertise in both frontend and backend development.

• Strong experience with PostgreSQL.

• Proficient in analyzing query plans.

• Capable of writing production-safe migrations for customer databases.

• Able to reason about access permissions effectively.

• Tests developed features and can articulate how they validate the correctness of changes.

• Able to debug issues across various layers of the application.

• Proactively identifies and communicates risks at an early stage.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
