Senior Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain comprehensive full-stack features for extensive file upload and management, shared knowledge repositories, agent capabilities and integrations, as well as enterprise data synchronization.

• Take ownership of features from conception through to technical design, implementation, testing, launch, and subsequent iterations.

• Write and deploy minimal code suitable for low-resource settings with strict deployment protocols.

• Create secure and privacy-centric solutions, occasionally without relying on popular libraries or tools.

• Collaborate with Product, UX, and modeling teams to confirm requirements and facilitate rapid prototyping.

• Elevate engineering standards through best practices, testing discipline, code reviews, and mentorship.

• Actively utilize AI while maintaining accountability for the quality and reliability of delivered solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience delivering significant full-stack code using Python and React.

• Strong programming skills and confidence in navigating the entire technology stack.

• Capability to perform effectively in dynamic environments with changing priorities and goals.

• Experience in building and deploying high-performance client-side or server-side RAG/agentic applications for millions of users.

• Product-owner mentality with the ability to assess what features should be developed.

• Strong views on user experience and a readiness to challenge design choices or specifications.

• Experience managing features from start to finish, from grasping user challenges to shipping solutions and assessing their impact.

• Availability to work at least 4 hours overlapping with EST business hours.
