Senior Full Stack Engineer – Architecture Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +29 more states.

📋 Description

• Contribute to architectural design that adheres to scalability, performance, security, and compliance standards.

• Develop, design, test, and deploy cloud-based applications utilizing C#, .NET Core, SQL, Azure, and Angular.

• Establish and uphold coding standards, design patterns, and development methodologies such as Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps.

• Write, review, and maintain high-quality code with a focus on unit testing, integration testing, and automated pipelines.

• Mentor and coach engineers across various teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to convert requirements into technical designs and solutions.

• Promote the adoption of DevOps, microservices, Docker, Service Bus, Redis, and observability tools.

• Engage in architectural reviews, code reviews, and design discussions.

• Contribute to platform strategy, modernization, and cloud migration projects.

• Troubleshoot production issues and facilitate root cause analysis to ensure system reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Over 8 years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-scale applications on the Microsoft stack (C#, .NET Core/Framework, SQL Server, Azure).

• Strong knowledge in object-oriented design, design patterns, SOLID principles, and domain-driven design.

• Proficient in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Solid SQL skills, including query optimization, schema design, and stored procedures.

• Experience in cloud-native development with Microsoft Azure: App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Storage, Key Vault, Azure SQL, and monitoring tools.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.

• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Git, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM).

• Experience with unit testing frameworks (XUnit, NUnit, Moq), automated testing, and test-driven development (TDD/BDD).

• Knowledge of healthcare domain standards (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC2) is highly desirable.

• Candidates with experience in designing, developing, or integrating AI-driven systems will have a competitive advantage.

• Experience with AI agentic systems, large language models (LLMs), vector databases, machine learning frameworks, scalable APIs, MCPs, microservices supporting AI/ML workloads, ethical AI practices, data governance, and secure management of sensitive information.
