Senior Full Stack Engineer, AI – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain cutting-edge web applications

• Design, develop, and incorporate AI-driven features into business applications

• Develop AI agents, intelligent workflows, and automation solutions

• Utilize modern LLM platforms and AI development tools

• Construct and manage cloud-native services with an emphasis on reliability, security, and scalability

• Collaborate with Product, UX, Architecture, and Engineering teams

• Promote engineering excellence and the integration of AI within development teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level Full-Stack Engineer with over 6 years of commercial experience

• Strong Front-end proficiency in React or Angular

• Strong Back-end expertise in Java/Spring Boot, Python, or C#

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on commercial experience in developing and integrating AI-powered features into software products

• Practical experience in building AI agents, intelligent workflows, or automation solutions

• Familiarity with modern LLM ecosystems and AI platforms, such as Azure OpenAI or similar

• Experience with cloud-native architectures and DevOps methodologies

• Proven practical use of AI tools in software engineering

• Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical background

• Strong English communication skills
