• Create and uphold LangGraph agents, which include ReAct retrieval sub-agents, tailored middleware, Pydantic-typed graph states, and streaming workflows.
• Take full responsibility for retrieval quality from start to finish through agentic retrieval, collection routing, LLM-driven metadata filters, similarity thresholds, query rewriting, semantic chunking, and citation tracking.
• Integrate AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, and self-hosted vLLM through an abstract provider interface.
• Develop and manage platform API services, relational and domain-specific data stores, vector repositories, and observability/tracing for AI workflows.
• Establish the technical direction for the AI workstream.
• Review designs and code, mentor engineers, and align with product stakeholders.
• Enhance agent task success rates, retrieval precision/recall, grounding and citation accuracy, groundedness, delivery, review quality, mentoring outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or Mathematics.
• At least 6 years of progressive experience in software engineering.
