Senior Full Stack Engineer – AI Agentic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Adapt, develop, and enhance LLM functionalities for automated recruiting processes.

• Elevate AI agent efficiency through prompt engineering, evaluation loops, and safety protocols.

• Design and construct features across backend services, Python web applications, and frontend user interfaces.

• Create, develop, and oversee REST API integrations with Salesforce and enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems.

• Collaborate with external enterprise clients, staffing agency partners, and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements.

• Execute rapid technical prototypes and collect feedback.

• Manage end-to-end technical delivery through incremental releases.

• Establish system architecture, perform code reviews, implement unit testing, and oversee production monitoring.

• Utilize AI coding agents and developer productivity tools for feature delivery, debugging, and refactoring.

⛳️ Requirements

• Complete fluency in both Dutch and English (written and verbal).

• Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Proven track record in leading technical design and cross-system delivery with a high degree of autonomy.

• Core expertise and hands-on experience in Python backend development.

• Practical experience in building and deploying production-level LLM applications.

• Experience in refining AI agent behaviors through prompt iteration, testing, evaluation, and safety protocols.

• Comfortable working with backend services, web frontend frameworks, and third-party REST API integrations.

• Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to interface directly with clients.

• Regular daily use of AI coding assistants and agents.

• Familiarity with Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar Python backend web frameworks is a plus.
