Senior Full Stack Developer, Typescript, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop features for the commercial intelligence platform utilizing React/TypeScript, intricate admin and configuration interfaces, and high-volume tabular displays with ag-Grid.

• Contribute to the development of APIs using Python/FastAPI and Node.js.

• Write and enhance SQL queries for PostgreSQL.

• Design detailed functions and code structures within assigned user stories.

• Adhere to the current application architecture and clearly indicate areas that require evolution.

• Engage with related tasks involving data pipelines, query modifications, chart and map interfaces, and integration of AI-driven features.

• Implement secure functionalities within a multi-tenant SaaS framework.

• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, and technical discussions with senior stakeholders.

• Take full ownership of the code you author, aligning with documented acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a proven track record of independently delivering production features.

• Strong practical experience in production environments with React and TypeScript, including MUI, styled-components, or a similar design-system component library.

• Demonstrated ability to build data-intensive enterprise UIs, including admin and configuration screens, multi-level filtering, and extensive interactive tables using ag-Grid or a comparable solution.

• Significant experience with either Python/FastAPI or Node.js, along with working knowledge of the other.

• Proficient in SQL with hands-on experience in PostgreSQL, including query optimization and relational data modeling.

• Experience implementing OAuth 2.0/Okta, JWT, and role-based access control within an API context.

• Demonstrated knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS security practices, including tenant isolation and data access controls.

• Effective daily usage of AI coding assistants like Claude Code and Codex, with sound judgment in validating generated outputs.

• Ability to integrate LLM-powered features into web applications.

• Comfortable navigating and working within an existing application architecture without needing to redesign it.

• Strong autonomy with the capacity to make and defend feature-level decisions without close supervision.

• Confident in articulating technical decisions verbally in English to senior stakeholders.

• Comfortable with asynchronous, written-first communication within a distributed team environment.

• Nice-to-have experience with Snowflake or warehouse data modeling/pipelines.

• Nice-to-have experience with Mapbox GL or similar web geospatial visualization tools.

• Nice-to-have experience with amCharts or D3 for production-level data visualization.

• Nice-to-have experience with Nx or other comparable monorepo tools.

• Nice-to-have experience with Azure Web PubSub, Redis Cache, or Blob Storage.

• Nice-to-have prior exposure to architecture-level decision-making forums.
