Senior Full-Stack Developer – Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Take charge of cross-project architecture, encompassing data models, authentication, access control, logging, and deployment.

• Establish and uphold code review and architectural standards.

• Develop and maintain asynchronous Python services utilizing PostgreSQL.

• Oversee CI/CD processes, DevOps practices, and release strategies.

• Manage infrastructure components such as databases, virtual machines, storage, backups, and observability tools.

• Create a governed data-to-content pipeline aimed at AI-driven knowledge generation.

• Implement cybersecurity measures and responsible AI controls.

• Provide mentorship and support for team development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of substantial experience in async Python and modern web frameworks.

• Proficient in PostgreSQL data modeling and optimization.

• Familiarity with modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES modules).

• Knowledge of web security protocols (OIDC/OAuth2, JWT, RBAC).

• Expertise in API design for scalable HTTP/JSON services.

• Proficient in Git and CI/CD methodologies.

• Experience with integrating LLM APIs and managing structured outputs.

• Skilled in parsing both structured and unstructured content (PDF, DOCX, HTML, etc.).

• Comfortable working across databases, object storage, and Git.

• Fundamental knowledge of Docker, Linux, and Bash.

• Interest in AI pipeline evaluation and observability.

• Possess a strong learning mindset and collaborative approach.
