Senior Full-Stack Developer – React, Node.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belarus.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of features from concept to production.

• Develop and deploy full-stack features utilizing React for the front-end and Node.js for services and APIs.

• Transform designs, specifications, or screenshots into functional React screens with the assistance of AI coding agents.

• Create components, forms, tables, state logic, and tests using AI, followed by reviewing, refining, and integrating the generated output.

• Establish and manage the AI workflow for front-end tasks, which includes project rules/context files, component guidelines, design-system references, and prompt patterns.

• Utilize Docker for containerizing services.

• Deploy and manage services on Kubernetes and AWS.

• Oversee CI/CD processes, monitoring, and logging for systems under your responsibility.

• Evaluate both human- and AI-generated code.

• Collaborate closely with the product and management teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software development.

• More than 3 years of consistently delivering features in production using both React for the front-end and Node.js for the back-end.

• Proficient in React: hooks, state management, performance optimization, and TypeScript.

• Strong expertise in Node.js: API design, asynchronous patterns, authentication, and testing.

• Practical experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS in a production environment.

• Daily utilization of AI coding agents like Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar for building complete React UIs.

• Capability to present tangible examples of screens or features primarily developed with AI, explaining what was retained, rewritten, and the rationale behind it.

• Skill in providing AI agents with the necessary context, including design files, component libraries, existing patterns, and API contracts.

• Understanding of the limitations of AI in front-end development, including state bugs, accessibility issues, performance concerns, and inconsistent styling, along with strategies to identify these problems.

• Experience using AI throughout the stack for back-end code, testing, refactoring, debugging, and code reviews; ability to articulate prompt, context, and agent workflows, as well as how to verify the output.

• Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.

• Ability to work autonomously, communicate effectively, and take full ownership of a feature from ideation to production.

• Experience with React Native and launching mobile applications on the App Store or Google Play is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with AI design-to-code tools such as Figma-to-code, v0, Lovable, Bolt, or similar, as part of a genuine delivery process is a substantial plus.
