Senior Full Stack Developer – Next.js, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and optimize frontend functionalities using Next.js and React.

• Engage in the development and evolution of backend components.

• Design and construct functional, clear, and well-structured pages based on ideas, copy, wireframes, and concepts.

• Suggest technical, functional, and performance improvements.

• Implement best practices for technical on-page SEO.

• Manage complex sitemaps, rich snippets, and structured data using schema.

• Optimize indexing, rendering, Core Web Vitals, headers, and overall performance.

• Set up, analyze, and maintain Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

• Create, monitor, and validate analytics events.

• Design, query, and maintain databases using SQL.

• Integrate email automation platforms through APIs.

• Program automations linked to email marketing campaigns.

• Utilize AI tools for programming, design, refactoring, and productivity while ensuring proper review and oversight.

• Monitor errors, stability, and performance using tools such as Sentry, Vercel, or similar platforms.

• Validate and review each functionality before considering it complete.

• Work within predefined deadlines and established procedures.

• Over 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

• At least 5 years of experience in modern frontend development with React.

• More than 3 years of solid and demonstrable experience with Next.js on complex projects.

• At least 3 years of experience in backend development.

• Experience working independently and making informed technical decisions.

• Experience in technical on-page SEO, including the generation and management of complex sitemaps, implementation of rich snippets and schema, best practices for indexing, optimization of rendering and Core Web Vitals, and management of headers and technical structure.

• Proficiency in Google Search Console.

• Experience with Google Analytics, including analysis, monitoring, and event generation.

• Strong experience with databases.

• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills for design, querying, and maintenance.

• Experience integrating email marketing or email automation platforms through APIs.

• Regular and responsible use of AI tools applied to development.

• Familiarity with Sentry, Vercel, or similar tools.

• Native Spanish speaker.

• Intermediate to advanced level of English.

• Availability to work 4 hours daily, totaling 80 hours per month.

• University, technical, or in-person bootcamp training related to web development, React, or Next.js (valued, not mandatory).

• Previous experience in web development companies, startups, or digital products (valued).

• Experience with complex platforms, online communities, marketplaces, or freemium models (valued).

• Ability to build web pages based on concepts, copy, and wireframes provided by the founder.

• Good visual judgment and sensitivity to UX/UI.

• Knowledge of usability, visual clarity, and product coherence.

• Ability to prioritize pragmatic, high-impact solutions.

• Experience working in early-stage environments.

• Knowledge of web design and user experience.

• Knowledge of digital marketing (a plus, not excluding).

• Product-oriented copywriting skills (a plus, not excluding).

• Experience in conversion optimization and CRO (a plus, not excluding).

• Advanced knowledge of web design and UX (a plus, not excluding).

• Ability to design emails within tools like Brevo or similar (a plus, not excluding).

• Experience using AI to support design and prototyping processes (a plus, not excluding).
