• Connect for Health presents an exciting opportunity for a Senior Full Stack Developer with a specialization in Front-end development.

• The role involves analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise software applications utilizing technologies such as Angular, Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• The primary emphasis will be on frontend development, necessitating a strong expertise in Angular.

• You will introduce modern frontend engineering practices, enterprise-level design patterns, reusable component strategies, performance optimization, and provide technical guidance to delivery teams.

• Your contributions will support both new and existing products aimed at improving operational outcomes, enhancing user experience, and advancing measurable business and organizational goals.

• Close collaboration with other delivery teams, product, platform, user experience, security, infrastructure, quality assurance, and various internal and external stakeholders will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions.

• Familiarity with contemporary product development practices and an ability to leverage AI-enabled tools for accelerating prototyping, development, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvement are essential.

• You will deliver high-quality technical solutions based on product requirements, business priorities, and objectives set by the delivery team.

• Actively participating in product development ceremonies, planning discussions, backlog refinement, and technical design sessions to support product roadmap delivery will be part of your responsibilities.

• Collaboration with product leaders, domain experts, architects, security, platform, infrastructure, and cross-functional delivery teams is necessary to clarify requirements, identify risks, and design scalable solutions.

• Your role will also include contributing to product discovery, solution design, user experience, operational effectiveness, product adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

• You will analyze functional and non-functional requirements, focusing on performance, reliability, scalability, security, accessibility, maintainability, and operational support needs.

• Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, debugging, deploying, documenting, and maintaining full stack applications using technologies such as Angular 17 or higher, Java 17, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Message Queues, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• You will develop and enhance APIs, services, integrations, user interfaces, database components, and backend business logic for both new and existing applications.

• Identifying, assessing, and recommending solutions to address technical debt, improve system stability, and enhance long-term maintainability will be part of your tasks.

• You will establish, promote, and adhere to engineering best practices, coding standards, secure development practices, code review expectations, and documentation standards.

• Evaluating user needs and system requirements, preparing technical specifications, solution designs, workflow diagrams, and implementation documentation as needed will be expected.

• Troubleshooting application issues, conducting root-cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions in collaboration with delivery teams and support groups is essential.

• Supporting software delivery through CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment processes, monitoring, observability, and operational readiness practices will be part of your role.

• You will deploy and enhance software tools, development processes, automation, and engineering metrics that improve quality, predictability, and team efficiency.

• Utilizing sound judgment to evaluate technical alternatives, incorporating feedback from customers and internal stakeholders, and recommending practical solutions aligned with product strategy and organizational goals is crucial.

• Staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, modern development practices, cloud-native architecture, containerization, security standards, and AI-enabled development tools will be necessary.

• Mentoring and supporting fellow developers through technical guidance, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and collaboration will be part of your responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a closely related field, along with equivalent work experience.

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise applications and software systems.

• Extensive expertise in Angular, including modern features such as standalone components, Signals, inject-based dependency injection, optimized change detection, complex state management, responsive design, and reusable component libraries.

• A proven history of leading front-end governance, including defining organization-wide coding standards, naming conventions, and scalable file structures.

• Expert proficiency in architecting Common Component Libraries for high reusability.

• Significant experience in creating, versioning, and maintaining Customized Angular Libraries shared across multiple distributed project teams to ensure code consistency and reduce redundancy.

• Experience in close collaboration with UX/UI teams and proficiency in translating Figma designs into functional, accessible components.

• Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem, including but not limited to Spring Web, Spring Data, and Spring Security.

• Practical experience in developing, packaging, and deploying applications within containerized architecture (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with architecting and developing applications that support zero downtime deployments.

• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity, customer experience, or operational effectiveness.

• Proven experience in architecting and developing solutions that fully leverage AWS/Cloud platforms.

• Strong background in writing, analyzing, and optimizing complex SQL queries, with solid data analysis and quantitative skills.

• Exposure to DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD security considerations, automated testing, or vulnerability scanning, is a plus.

• A solid understanding of software engineering principles, methods, and tools for analyzing and developing software tests and evaluation procedures.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization, managing multiple complex priorities and responding effectively to changes.

• The ideal candidate will be a dedicated team player with exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with the Affordable Care Act or the health insurance industry is highly desirable.
