Senior Full-Stack Developer, C# / .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You actively drive our AI strategy forward – from identifying new AI use cases to scaling them into production.

• You design and integrate AI-supported features into our product – ranging from LLM integration to prompt engineering and the automation of existing processes.

• You develop and enhance our medical practice software using ASP.NET Core (.NET 8/9), Blazor Server + MudBlazor, as well as Vue 3/Vite.

• You create REST APIs and data models with Entity Framework Core and SQL Server, including a clean migration strategy.

• You structure application logic with MediatR and ensure a performant, maintainable architecture through caching strategies (Redis).

• You take technical responsibility for various areas of the product, promote shared quality standards within the team, and share your AI expertise with colleagues.

• You accompany new features – particularly in the area of AI Engineering – together with Product Management from the idea stage to rollout.

• You keep an eye on operations and monitoring, for example during deployments on Windows Server/IIS.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have several years of experience as a Full-Stack or Backend Developer with C# / .NET (ideally .NET 8/9) and ASP.NET Core.

• You are familiar with Blazor (Server), Razor, and ideally MudBlazor – alternatively with Vue 3, Vite, Pinia, and Vue Router.

• You have practical experience with Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, and database migrations.

• You bring proven experience in AI Engineering – e.g., integration of LLMs/AI APIs, prompt engineering, RAG approaches, or AI agents – and a desire to strategically shape this area with us.

• You are knowledgeable in MediatR, the construction of REST APIs, and caching concepts, such as with Redis.

• Experience with SignalR, Serilog/Elasticsearch, and operating under Windows Server/IIS is advantageous but not required.

• You think product-oriented, work independently, and enjoy actively driving both technical and AI strategic decisions.

• You speak good German and English.
