Senior Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain contemporary Full Stack web applications with a significant emphasis on Back-end architecture and scalability.

• Design and execute AI-driven features and intelligent workflows.

• Construct and manage dependable, secure, and scalable cloud-native services.

• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, architects, and engineering teams.

• Engage in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

• Create and maintain RESTful APIs and facilitate service-to-service communication.

• Implement microservices and event-driven architecture patterns.

• Ensure application reliability, observability, security, and performance.

• Contribute to CI/CD processes and uphold engineering best practices.

• Foster engineering excellence and promote AI integration within development teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development.

• Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Practical experience with React and Next.js in production settings.

• Solid experience with NestJS and scalable API design.

• Professional experience with Go or substantial experience with technologies in the Python ecosystem.

• Experience with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, pandas, numpy, and other related Python tools.

• Robust understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and ORM tools, such as Prisma.

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with NATS.io or comparable messaging technologies.

• Experience in integrating IAM/SSO solutions like Keycloak.

• Strong grasp of RESTful APIs and distributed systems.

• Awareness of application security best practices.

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Git.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
