Senior Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain scalable, secure full-stack applications and microservices architectures that accommodate extensive enterprise workflows.

• Develop contemporary, highly responsive frontend interfaces utilizing JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React or Angular, employing reusable components to speed up development.

• Construct high-performance backend services, robust RESTful APIs, and essential data-driven integrations.

• Enhance complex relational databases, data models, and queries to guarantee optimal application performance, uptime, and scalability.

• Lead feature development from conception to completion by working closely with product managers and engineers, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and setting up automated testing procedures.

• Convert complex business requirements into robust, production-ready applications utilized by global airlines, MROs, and aviation vendors.

• Propel operational efficiency and digital transformation in fleet management and intelligent aircraft maintenance software.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development delivering production-grade enterprise applications.

• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Strong practical experience with React, Angular, or Vue.

• Backend experience with Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python; Java is preferred.

• Expert-level SQL capabilities.

• Practical experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.

• Strong infrastructure background in building scalable cloud applications.

• Direct experience with AWS, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.

• Comprehensive understanding of software architecture patterns and distributed systems.

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Ownership mindset along with excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.

• Nice to have: experience in aviation, MRO, ERP, or enterprise operations systems.

• Nice to have: familiarity with real-time data processing, streaming architectures, or IoT systems.

• Nice to have: advanced DevOps practices and experience with data analytics, reporting, or visualization tools.
