Senior Full Stack Developer, Angular, Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Lead the drive for innovation and leverage technology to craft multi-channel experiences.

• Design, develop, and sustain secure, scalable full-stack solutions that modernize the myTTB platform.

• Construct Java-based RESTful services.

• Create Angular user interfaces and reusable UI components utilizing Storybook.

• Implement configuration-driven forms to enhance maintainability and uniformity.

• Design and optimize data models in PostgreSQL.

• Oversee database schema modifications using Liquibase.

• Develop cloud-native solutions within the Azure environment.

• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using Keycloak across various application layers.

• Collaborate with development leadership, product managers, UX designers, and fellow developers.

• Deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences supported by reliable and maintainable services.

• Utilize GitLab CI/CD alongside contemporary software engineering practices.

• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and addressing complex production challenges.

• Engage in full life-cycle software engineering projects.

• Implement unit and integration testing to ensure code quality.

• Take ownership of smaller tasks and components within larger projects.

• Promote asynchronous communication and work effectively within a remote setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of full stack development experience with Java, Angular, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and Azure.

• At least 5 years of experience in implementing authentication and authorization solutions using Keycloak or similar technologies.

• More than 5 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Over 2 years of experience with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Must be a US Citizen.

• Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Public Trust clearance.

• Must reside in the US.

• Must have authorization to work in the US.

• Work must be conducted in the US.

• Must have lived in the US for 3 full years out of the last 5 years.

• Angular Developer Certification is preferred.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, mathematics, or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Working experience with Azure Cloud is essential.
