Senior Full Stack Developer – AI First

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +29 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and develop applications, microservices, and infrastructure for the Rethink First platform.

• Ensure applications are high-performing, of excellent quality, and responsive.

• Work collaboratively with a team to define, design, and deliver new features.

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.

• Assist in maintaining code quality, organization, and automation processes.

• Utilize AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot as part of the daily toolkit.

• Enhance the team's utilization of AI tools while upholding code quality and security standards.

• Analyze and optimize applications to improve efficiency and performance.

• Advocate for robust and maintainable code, clear documentation, and high-quality deliverables on a tight timeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

• 5+ years of development experience.

• Proficient in C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• 3+ years of experience with Azure or AWS cloud technologies.

• Experience in developing and deploying infrastructure as code (IaC).

• Profound understanding of domain and event-driven design.

• Familiarity with modern architectural patterns.

• Understanding of design principles, algorithms, and data structures.

• Proficient in code versioning tools such as Git.

• Experience in writing and automating unit tests and integration tests.

• Regular hands-on use of AI development tools like Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot as a key component of the workflow.

• Proven fluency in AI-assisted workflows, including effective prompting, reviewing and revising AI-generated code, and knowing when to avoid reliance on AI.
