Senior Full Stack Developer, AI-First

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Participate in the development and enhancement of GoTo’s internal multi-model AI assistant features, which encompass agents, automations, and integrations with the MCP tool.

• Design and construct the internal MCP marketplace that ensures secure access to MCP tools for Claude, Copilot, and other enterprise-scale AI clients.

• Create internal AI tools and promote AI adoption within the engineering team through demonstrations and technical training.

• Work alongside the AI enablement team to implement comprehensive AI-powered features.

• Facilitate the enterprise-wide adoption of AI tools.

• Lead demonstrations, develop internal documentation, and engage employees in new methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Extensive hands-on experience with TypeScript and React for developing production web applications.

• Experience in designing or integrating LLM-powered products, including conversational interfaces, agents, and server/tool MCP integrations.

• Knowledge of integration platforms/OAuth and API design.

• Proficiency in Go is advantageous.

• Proven experience with AI-assisted developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor, including functionalities similar to agent capabilities.

• Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and engage with product, design, operations, and business stakeholders.

• Established ability to advocate for and promote new technologies throughout the organization.

• Proficiency in French is required for roles based permanently in Quebec.

• Proficiency in English is required to communicate with colleagues, customers, and partners primarily located outside Quebec and to comprehend technical and scientific documentation in English.
