This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Complete Ownership: Oversee the entire journey of our clients in the US.
• Seamless Onboarding: Handle the initial setup, platform configuration, and training sessions.
• Strategic Account Oversight: Enhance user engagement and track platform adoption metrics.
• Growth & Retention: Discover upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop the Playbook: Define, document, and refine our US Onboarding and Customer Success processes.
• Demonstrated experience in managing US B2B SaaS clients.
• Bilingual or Native English proficiency is essential.
• Experience with Enterprise accounts is highly regarded.
• Must be open to working during US business hours (e.g., EST or PST based on the portfolio).
