Senior Frontend Software Engineer, Angular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and evaluations to recommend effective and robust software solutions tailored to client requirements.

• Produce high-quality, efficient code that aligns with specified requirements.

• Identify opportunities for enhancements in current programs and spearhead refactoring initiatives.

• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, team leaders, and clients.

• Offer technical consultancy services to clients.

• Mentor peers and contribute to their skill development and knowledge enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in web application development.

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Familiarity with Angular, RxJS, and Angular Material.

• Strong knowledge of SCSS/CSS and HTML best practices.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including debugging and performance testing.

• Experience in analyzing project requirements and delivering dependable solutions across application components.

• Understanding of client-server communication, protocols, and REST principles.

• Experience in Agile environments, including Scrum or SAFe, within cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in Git and Atlassian tools.

• Practical experience with XP practices such as pair programming, TDD, DDD, and simple design.

• Ability to adapt strategies and methods to fit project needs and contexts.

• Regular use of AI tools to enhance productivity, automate repetitive tasks, support decision-making, and achieve higher-quality results.

• Capability to use AI tools responsibly, formulate effective prompts, critically assess outputs, recognize limitations, and take ownership of final outcomes.

• Knowledge of the German language is a plus.

• Familiarity with NodeJS, Docker, and related technologies is a plus.

• Willingness and experience in mentoring less-senior colleagues is a plus.

• Knowledge of application lifecycle and CI/CD practices is a plus.

• Experience in security and UI/UX design is a plus.
