Senior Frontend Engineer, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain contemporary frontend applications utilizing React.

• Develop user interfaces that are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.

• Partner with designers to convert UI/UX ideas into applications ready for production.

• Construct reusable React components and scalable frontend architecture.

• Connect frontend applications with REST APIs and GraphQL services.

• Enhance applications for speed, SEO, and an exceptional user experience.

• Engage in architecture discussions and participate in code reviews.

• Diagnose frontend issues and consistently work on improving application performance.

• Adhere to frontend best practices to ensure maintainability and scalability.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the development process.

• Develop modern, high-performance web applications and digital experiences using React and related frontend technologies.

• Work alongside designers, backend engineers, and product teams.

• Contribute to scalable frontend architectures, modern React applications, and headless CMS implementations.

• Uphold high standards for performance, code quality, and user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mid- to senior-level experience in frontend development.

• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Over 4 years of professional experience in React development.

• Strong grasp of contemporary React concepts and best practices.

• Experience in building responsive web applications.

• Familiarity with REST APIs and/or GraphQL.

• In-depth knowledge of frontend performance optimization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Solid experience with JavaScript (ES6+).

• Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.

• Knowledge of React Components, Virtual DOM, Props, State, Hooks, and React Lifecycle.

• Experience with React Context API and/or Redux.

• Strong emphasis on clean, maintainable frontend architecture.
