Senior Frontend Engineer – Fintech, Card

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop new functionalities across the Card platform, including Trends & Insights, enhancements in engagement and recognition, points expiration, and off-platform redemption.

• Take full ownership of frontend tasks, from design collaboration to testing and deployment.

• Serve as the subject-matter expert for frontend code.

• Enhance test automation coverage utilizing Playwright.

• Implement observability and A/B testing to assess performance and pinpoint gaps.

• Actively contribute innovative ideas to enhance the product and elevate the quality standard.

• Work closely with Product and Design teams to identify opportunities and deliver high-quality solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with React and the ability to create modular, reusable components.

• A product-focused mindset with the capability to independently identify gaps and suggest solutions.

• Familiarity with Playwright or a similar end-to-end test automation framework.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or equivalent.

• Experience using A/B testing tools like Amplitude.

• Proficiency with frontend observability tools such as Datadog.

• Candidates must reside in Latin America.

• Nice to have: Proven track record of leading features end-to-end alongside Product, Design, and backend engineers.

• Nice to have: Experience in drafting technical documents or organizing bug-bash events.
