Senior Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop the trading platform utilized by our clients daily.

• Take ownership of intricate, ambiguous, and performance-critical tasks from start to finish.

• Provide leadership through coding, craftsmanship, and mentorship.

• Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain systems in a production environment.

• Collaborate with the team to investigate and resolve issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive full-stack engineering skills with a strong focus on TypeScript / JavaScript (ES6+) (5+ years).

• Proven experience with React and reactive state management frameworks (RX, MobX, or similar).

• Practical experience with Rust.

• Robust understanding of distributed systems, API design, and real-time data handling (REST, WebSockets, network protocols like TCP/UDP and binary protocols).

• Ability to reason about architecture and make sound technical trade-offs.

• Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and tooling is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Git and Linux fundamentals.

• Experience in the financial services or trading technology sector is a bonus, but not mandatory.
