Senior Frontend Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and manage high-quality frontend experiences for Atria's AI Agent product, which requires intricate performance optimization and advanced interaction design.

• Convert unclear product intentions, AI functionalities, and product logic into well-defined interaction models and implementation strategies.

• Lead the entire delivery process from clarifying requirements and designing solutions to implementation, launch, and iterative improvements.

• Utilize AI-driven development workflows to enhance iteration speed and address complex challenges.

• Operate with a strong sense of ownership and independently navigate intricate, ambiguous projects to successful completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent expertise in Next.js, React, and TypeScript — our primary technology stack, with a high level of fluency expected.

• Significant experience in B2B frontend performance optimization, preferably with data-intensive or AI-focused products.

• Demonstrated capability to utilize AI for solving complex challenges and independently managing entire projects.

• Strong product intuition: not merely executing tasks, but also identifying issues, bridging gaps, and influencing decisions.

• Aesthetic sensibility in interaction and product experience; capable of crafting thoughtful and user-friendly interfaces even in the absence of fully detailed designs.

• Proficient spoken English (mandatory) for effective cross-border collaboration, ensuring clear technical and product communication.
