• Design and enhance CADU's web interfaces utilizing React, Vite, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Act as the steward of the design system — ensure that all components, visual patterns, and UI guidelines are applied consistently across all product modules.
• Create and document new components within the design system, guaranteeing their reusability and uniformity.
• Evaluate team implementations from the perspective of the design system — no UI should go live outside the established standards.
• Develop responsive and accessible layouts for both citizens and municipal operators.
• Utilize REST APIs offered by the backend team — including integration, authentication, and state management.
• Enhance interface performance — focusing on loading times, rendering efficiency, and user experience on slower connections.
• Engage in code reviews — ensuring that both visual and technical quality is a shared responsibility among the team.
• Write component and UI tests as part of the completion criteria.
• Take part in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives) and collaborate in requirements refinement with the product team.
• Incorporate AI tools into the development workflow — such as Cursor, Claude, and Copilot for tasks like component generation, AI-assisted testing, and code reviews. This is mandatory.
• React, Vite, and TypeScript — demonstrable, hands-on experience in production applications.
• Tailwind CSS — extensive experience with utility-first styling, beyond basic usage.
• Design systems — practical experience in consuming, managing, and enforcing a design system in an active product. Capability to identify and rectify deviations before they enter production.
• In-depth knowledge of TypeScript — proficient in advanced typing, generics, and best practices for ensuring type safety.
• REST API integration — expertise in backend integration, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and asynchronous state management.
• Responsiveness and accessibility — ability to deliver a consistent experience across various devices and user needs.
• Proficiency in Git and GitHub — understanding of the PR workflow, branching, and code review processes.
• Regular use of Artificial Intelligence in the development workflow — experience with Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools. This is essential.
• Strong skills in clear asynchronous communication and the ability to independently resolve issues without continuous support.
• Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and innovative projects.
• Collaborate with a talented and dynamic team.
• Flexible work hours and a supportive work environment.
• Access to professional development and training resources.
