Senior Front End Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Develop cutting-edge web experiences.

• Enhance a high-performance, responsive Progressive Web Application.

• Implement offline-first features, real-time updates, and a scalable front-end architecture.

• Provide seamless experiences across all devices.

• Take ownership of features from start to finish.

• Oversee the process from ideation and design reviews to implementation, testing, CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring.

• Design for scalability.

• Create abstractions that withstand real-world complexities.

• Navigate and optimize large codebases and legacy systems.

• Guide and mentor engineers, setting a positive example.

• Champion clean code, robust testing, and disciplined engineering practices.

• Embrace AI-assisted development with tools such as Claude, Codex, and other large language models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in building scalable, user-facing software.

• At least 4 years of extensive experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.

• Strong skills in architectural thinking and problem-solving.

• Comfortable working within large, evolving codebases.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSX, and modern HTML/CSS.

• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, end-to-end testing).

• Excellent written communication skills (we prioritize asynchronous communication).

• Solid understanding of SOLID principles, domain modeling, and design patterns.
