
Senior Front-End Developer, React, TypeScript

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Develop and sustain component-driven user interfaces utilizing React hooks and functional components.
• Implement a TypeScript-first approach for frontend logic, ensuring strict typing for API responses and transformed data.
• Transform, normalize, and prepare backend and analytics data for use in the frontend.
• Manage application state with Redux, making decisions on global versus local state.
• Address incomplete data, edge cases, and evolving schemas without disrupting UI flows.
• Create pixel-perfect, production-ready user interfaces based on design mocks or specified requirements.
• Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to clarify requirements and resolve any ambiguities.
• Read and execute Azure DevOps tickets in accordance with acceptance criteria.
• Write clean, testable utility functions and reusable components.
• Adhere to project standards regarding folder structure, state patterns, styling, and linting.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Take ownership of features from implementation through QA and bug fixes.
• Advanced experience with React, including hooks, functional components, and contemporary patterns.
• Proficient in TypeScript, with the ability to define interfaces and types for APIs and frontend data models.
• Extensive experience with Redux or similar state management libraries.
• Demonstrated capability to work with complex, data-driven user interfaces and dynamic rendering logic.
• Experience in transforming backend or tracking data into structures that are friendly for frontend use.
• Strong understanding of UI implementation specifics, including spacing, hierarchy, and interaction states.
• Ability to work independently once requirements are established.
• Clear and proactive communication skills, with the ability to clarify ambiguous requirements.
• Experience with collaborative, ticket-driven workflows like Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Strong emphasis on code quality, maintainability, and consistency.
• Must be based in Latin America.
