This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a trusted partner for strategic clients throughout the entire solution lifecycle, encompassing discovery, implementation, optimization, and value realization.
• Spearhead intricate client engagements by evaluating needs, formulating solutions, and ensuring positive customer outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, conduct technical assessments, and deliver executive briefings on topics such as authentication, fraud prevention, and voice biometrics.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
• Examine client business processes and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Support customer teams in navigating integrations and change management, resolving technical challenges, and promoting solution adoption.
• Produce white papers, case studies, and reusable best-practice materials.
• Act as a mentor to colleagues and contribute to the pursuit of consulting excellence.
• Assist security-conscious organizations in realizing the benefits of voice-based authentication and fraud prevention.
• Over 7 years of experience in consulting, technical account management, solution delivery, or customer-facing technical roles in SaaS, cloud, security, or fintech.
• Profound knowledge of enterprise technology, financial services, SaaS, risk management, and transformative customer engagement practices.
• Capable of leading complex client engagements and addressing challenging business and technical issues.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture, authentication, fraud risk management, or voice-driven technologies.
• Exceptional client relationship skills and ease in presenting to C-level and executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with contact center technology, voice biometrics, or integration of security solutions.
• Background in management consulting or experience within high-growth technology settings.
• Technical certifications or an advanced degree are preferred qualifications.
• Experience in creating thought-leadership content, whitepapers, or best practices.
• Fluency in AI concepts and the ability to clearly convey value to both executive and technical audiences.
