Senior FP&A Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of revenue forecasting for New Business, Expansion, and Churn, ensuring precise MRR modeling and visibility.

• Develop and sustain scenario models that guide hiring strategies, capacity planning, and investment decisions.

• Collaborate with GTM leadership to establish ROI metrics, profitability objectives, and performance tracking frameworks.

• Work alongside RevOps and Data teams to enhance the accuracy of financial reporting and data accessibility.

• Design and assess sales incentive plans, ramp assumptions, and hiring strategies.

• Monitor and evaluate key SaaS KPIs, including pipeline conversion, retention rates, and revenue efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional finance certification (CA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent).

• Over 7 years of experience in finance or FP&A roles within data-intensive environments.

• In-depth knowledge of SaaS and GTM metrics, encompassing MRR dynamics, retention, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.

• Proficient modeling abilities in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g., Omni) and SQL is advantageous.

• Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.

• Experience in a SaaS organization is highly preferred.
