Senior FP&A Analyst – Global Lease

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement leasing strategies that align with the infrastructure growth plan.

• Oversee the comprehensive equipment leasing program, including decisions on whether to buy or lease.

• Serve as the primary liaison for financing partners and assist in negotiation processes.

• Administer the lease portfolio, including monitoring and tracking financial terms.

• Facilitate equipment requirements and orders throughout the procurement process.

• Manage the operational execution of new leases along with necessary documentation.

• Offer support for financial forecasting and provide structured inputs for budget planning.

• Create processes for lease intake and approval.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or analytical discipline (e.g., Business Administration or Economics).

• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.

• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles, including cash flow management.

• Demonstrated experience in managing and leasing data center equipment.

• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with capital partners and senior leadership.
