Senior FP&A Analyst – Commercial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the process of creating financial forecasts in collaboration with leaders throughout the organization.

• Assist in the annual operating plan cycle, which includes target setting, guideline development, calendar management, milestone tracking, and creating presentations for senior leadership and the board of managers.

• Work alongside the leadership team to provide analytical depth and assess strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with Fuze Rx’s Operations teams in Care, Fulfillment, and Delivery to proactively identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing conversion costs.

• Partner with senior management and other organizational leaders to evaluate and analyze significant business decisions.

• Cultivate exceptional and effective relationships with cross-functional teams.

• Assist in the development and monitoring of KPIs linked to strategic objectives, as well as assess team performance against these metrics.

• Ensure strict compliance with the company’s corporate policies and all regulatory requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of corporate finance experience with a proven track record of growth.

• Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling.

• Experience in fast-paced mid-sized companies is advantageous.

• Previous experience as a finance business partner working alongside operations teams.

• Capability to develop and maintain financial models that support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Demonstrated success in managing budgets for major functional areas and senior leadership within an organization.

• A proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills and efficiency, along with a keen attention to detail.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on precision while meeting tight deadlines.

• Basic proficiency in Looker and SQL, or a willingness to learn.

• A strong history of maintaining relationships and effectively communicating with a diverse range of partners.

• Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple overlapping deadlines.
