This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Take charge of forecasting, reporting, and financial insights for a network of clinics.
• Act as the main point of contact for inquiries regarding forecasting and financial performance.
• Develop and manage clinic-specific projections and monthly reports that include variance analysis.
• Identify factors influencing utilization, revenue, and costs, along with trends, anomalies, and risks.
• Generate and manage routine calculations and payment runs for practice owners.
• Reconcile owner payments with clinic P&L, revenue, and collections data; address any discrepancies.
• Document and standardize payment processes as clinics expand.
• Analyze gross margin and COGS at both clinic and service-line levels to find efficiency improvements.
• Evaluate the margin impact of proposed changes and monitor actual improvements.
• Collaborate with Practice Success Managers and clinic owners to share accountability for clinic results.
• Simplify financial concepts for independent practice owners using clear language.
• Develop actionable improvement strategies and drive execution through measurable outcomes.
• Utilize AI coding agents to create financial models, reports, and both internal and owner-facing automations.
• Work with GitHub by branching, opening pull requests, merging to the main branch, and deploying finance-tooling enhancements.
• Streamline manual processes and enhance the scalability of reporting and forecasting.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools for analysis, modeling, and automation.
• Document, assess, and refine P&L processes as the business evolves.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a similar analytical position.
• Proficient in advanced Excel / Google Sheets financial modeling techniques.
• Strong understanding of the three financial statements and their interconnections.
• Basic familiarity with AI agents, GitHub, Python, and software development principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
• Persistent follow-through and complete ownership of tasks.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable navigating the uncertainties of a startup environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience with multi-site / multi-unit P&L is a plus.
• Prior experience in healthcare, ABA/behavioral health, or MSO/DSO is a plus.
• Experience working with franchise or partner/owner-facing roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with business-case analysis and margin/COGS improvement is a plus.
• Experience with AI coding agents and software development processes is a plus.
• Working knowledge of SQL and databases is a plus.
