Senior FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the annual Budget processes, periodic Forecasts, and long-term financial planning.

• Monitor actual results against planned targets, analyzing variances and identifying risks and opportunities.

• Track and analyze business indicators such as revenue, bookings, margin, and EBITDA.

• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.

• Prepare management reports and executive presentations for both local and global leadership.

• Support monthly and quarterly business performance review meetings.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support growth and profitability initiatives.

• Assess the financial viability of new projects, products, or investments.

• Contribute to pricing strategy discussions and margin optimization efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

• Solid experience in FP&A, financial planning, or controlling.

• Strong background in budget management, forecasting, and financial modeling.

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling.

• Fluent English for regular interaction with international teams.

• Analytical profile with attention to detail and the ability to communicate financial analyses clearly and effectively.

• Familiarity with recurring business metrics (MRR, churn, LTV/CAC, etc.).

• Preferred: experience in technology or SaaS companies.

• Preferred: familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.

• Preferred: knowledge of SQL for data analysis.

• Preferred: experience working in a multinational environment.
