Senior Flutter Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain mobile CI/CD infrastructure along with release management for both the App Store and Google Play.

• Create and maintain internal SDKs, reusable components, and developer tools to enhance development efficiency.

• Establish mobile architecture standards, development principles, and technical guidelines across different teams.

• Oversee monitoring, alerting, and reliability systems to guarantee the performance and stability of mobile applications.

• Lead R&D initiatives, refine engineering practices, and simplify development complexities for product teams.

• Serve as a feature lead and guide the entire product lifecycle from development through to deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient knowledge and practical experience with Dart and Flutter.

• Background in designing app features and architecture decisions, incorporating SOLID, DRY, DI, and separation of concerns principles.

• Familiarity with security and privacy considerations in Flutter applications.

• Experience in developing reusable UI components and custom animations.

• Proven ability to create a fault-tolerant application driven by metrics and supported by logs.

• Upper Intermediate English proficiency or higher.

• Knowledge of Flutter 3.38, Dart, Riverpod, and auto_route.

• Understanding of feature-based architecture encompassing domain, data, DI, and presentation layers.

• Proficiency in the MVC pattern for feature organization and state management.

• Experience with Firebase and Customer.io for push notifications.

• Familiarity with Datadog, Segment, and Firebase Crashlytics for logging and monitoring purposes.

• Experience with GitLab CI, Fastlane, and Flow.

• Knowledge of Firebase App Distribution and TestFlight for testing builds.

• Experience with Claude Code to enhance developer productivity.
