This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Develop and uphold client pricing strategies to boost profitability and foster revenue growth.
• Provide pricing margin analytics and insights to guide business decisions and encourage a value pricing approach.
• Generate insights into business performance to facilitate improved decision-making.
• Evaluate commercial agreements to ensure alignment between legal drafts and pricing outputs.
• Leverage the Configure, Price and Quote (CPQ) module to recognize revenue and assist in billing for subscription contracts and ad hoc projects.
• Collaborate across functions on comprehensive pricing and contracting processes as well as change management initiatives.
• Establish and maintain data quality checks, reconciliations, exception reporting, and audit trails.
• Oversee concurrent contract renewals and pricing-related activities with precise and timely execution.
• Work alongside stakeholders to collect information, resolve issues, and support pricing-related decisions.
• Identify opportunities to optimize manual processes, enhance data quality, and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare materials for board meetings, internal presentations, reports, and ad hoc financial analysis projects.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
• Report to the Sr. Director of Pricing, North America.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 3-5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a similar analytical or strategy role.
• Proficient in advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, data reconciliation, and analytical reporting.
• Capacity to take ownership of projects, workstreams, or business processes with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capability to translate data into actionable pricing recommendations.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders across sales, finance, legal, and commercial teams.
• Experience in settings undergoing change, transformation, or process improvement initiatives.
• Skill in managing multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and promoting continuous improvement.
