
Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing FP&A team.
• Take responsibility for the annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts for various service lines, departments, or business units.
• Promote FP&A best practices and enhance processes in forecasting, reporting, and data integrity.
• Create and sustain financial and capacity models for investment initiatives, product lines, cost centers, and/or companies.
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, and executive-level dashboards.
• Report to and provide support for the CEO/CFO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors.
• Lead projects aimed at reimagining FP&A workflows using AI.
• Collaborate with executive and operational leaders to furnish financial analysis and data-driven insights.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Eight to ten years of progressive finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience.
• Experience in mentoring and developing high-performing finance teams.
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling capabilities using Excel.
• Strong grasp of finance and accounting principles.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Outstanding communication skills and executive presence.
• Ability to distill complex data into clear and actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Oracle and/or Anaplan is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment while multitasking.
• Ability to manage confidential information with strict confidentiality.
