This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Act as the senior finance leader for EverHealth.
• Provide counsel to EverHealth and corporate finance leadership regarding financial performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic trade-offs.
• Lead the annual operating planning, budget formulation, rolling forecasts, long-range planning contributions, and monthly reforecasting processes.
• Create and sustain financial narratives that encompass actuals, forecast variances, bookings risk, revenue conversion, expense pacing, and investment capacity.
• Offer primary finance support for quarterly board materials and assist with ad hoc earnings processes.
• Convert financial and operational data into recommendations for executive decision-making, resource allocation, prioritization, and performance enhancement.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly financial review processes, including forecast-to-actuals reviews, variance analysis, dashboard interpretation, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and commercial leaders on bookings, pipeline, pricing, retention, implementation capacity, bad debt, credits, and revenue forecast precision.
• Work alongside Product and Engineering on capitalization, product investment, operational metrics, roadmap affordability, headcount planning, and ROI of strategic initiatives.
• Team up with Accounting, Legal, and Corporate Finance for close alignment on EBITDA adjustments, accruals, indemnity/litigation matters, and finance governance.
• Supervise financial review and approval workflows for headcount, requisitions, OpEx, vendor expenditures, travel, and other budget-affecting decisions.
• Prepare executive documentation for SLT sessions, CFO/Finance ELT meetings, board materials, AOP presentations, QBR/MBR content, and strategic planning dialogues.
• Develop and maintain financial models that support revenue planning, expense management, business cases, commercial strategy, operational metrics, and acquisition/integration or portfolio decisions.
• Ensure that dashboards, reporting packages, and recurring analytics deliver reliable performance visibility.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the EverHealth FP&A team.
• Establish planning calendars, review cadences, task ownership, and quality benchmarks.
• Enhance FP&A processes, system utilization, data quality, and automation.
• Foster relationships across vertical and corporate functions while constructively challenging assumptions.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or business-unit finance leadership.
• Preferred experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, healthcare services, or multi-business portfolios.
• Proven ownership of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, executive reporting, long-range planning, and operating performance management with exposure at the executive level.
• Strong expertise in revenue forecasting and commercial finance, including proficiency with bookings, pipeline, retention, implementation, and revenue conversion dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior operating leaders and translate complex business challenges into comprehensive financial analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Experience in managing and developing finance professionals, including setting operational cadences, enhancing quality standards, and building team capabilities.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, Excel/Google Sheets, presentation, and data interpretation.
• Preferred familiarity with ERP, planning, BI, and HR/workflow systems such as Workday, Looker, Power BI, OneStream, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline is required.
• Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
