Senior Financial Analyst – IT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Prepare and monitor purchase requisitions (PRs).

• Initiate and track tickets for the creation of purchase orders.

• Assist with processes associated with order creation and fixed asset registration (CAPEX).

• Conduct financial and accounting entries in SAP (MIRO, MIR7, FB60, ME53N/ME51N, KSB1, FBL1N, among others).

• Carry out postings via FB60 and manage cost reclassifications, including intercompany adjustments.

• Oversee payment scheduling and processing activities.

• Handle postings and controls related to invoices, debit notes, leasing, and corporate card expenses.

• Aid in vendor registration and updates to master data.

• Maintain up-to-date IT Accounts Payable internal controls.

• Assist in monitoring the department’s budget, actuals, and financial commitments.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address billing and payment-related inquiries.

• Ensure the organization, traceability, and integrity of financial data.

• Support the Finance routines within the Technology area, working closely with IT Governance and engaging with various departments across the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in financial routines, accounts payable, procurement, or controlling.

• Familiarity with SAP, particularly in financial processes.

• Experience dealing with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments.

• Understanding of accounting entries and reclassifications.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.

• Ability to independently track and resolve unresolved issues.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster relationships with internal teams and vendors.

• Preferred qualifications: prior experience in IT budgeting; knowledge of CAPEX and OPEX; familiarity with fixed asset processes; knowledge of Power BI; experience in Technology or IT Governance teams.

• A proactive and organized individual with strong follow-through skills, attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the capability to effectively navigate various teams and processes.
